The Community Capability Initiative (CCI) is OneBarrow’s professional capability and execution pipeline. It is designed for graduates who have completed service and are ready to move beyond job hunting into real delivery work.
CCI is not an NGO program. It is a professional environment where participants are trained through applied work, live programs, and strict performance standards.
This program is for people who want to work, deliver, and be trusted, not those looking for free training, shortcuts, or guarantees.
Who CCI Is For
The CCI Program is for graduates who:
- Have completed NYSC or equivalent service
- Are serious about building a professional career, not just securing a job
- Can commit time, effort, and discipline to real delivery work
- Are willing to be held to execution, conduct, and performance standards
- Want exposure to real delivery environments across projects, programs, and transformation work
If you are looking for free programs, guaranteed placement, or certificates without work, CCI is not for you.

Commitment & Selection
Fee-Based Program
CCI is a professional, fee-based program. Participation requires a commitment fee.
This fee:
- Confirms seriousness and accountability
- Covers program and execution costs
- Secures placement in the CCI pipeline
Selection Process
CCI operates a selection process. Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee admission.
Where a participant is hired through a CCI-supported deployment, the commitment fee may be refunded, subject to performance and deployment conditions.
What CCI Is Not
To be clear, CCI is not:

❌ A job-guarantee scheme
❌ An NYSC replacement
❌ A certificate or fellowship factory
(Participants who meet delivery and conduct standards receive a certificate of completion)
